Dodgy Signal Levels?

Hi I have the following signal details:-

Downstream Value
Frequency 402750000 Hz Locked
Signal to Noise Ratio 38 dB
Power Level 14 dBmV

Upstream Value
Channel ID 1
Frequency 25800000 Hz Ranged
Power Level 47 dBmV

On the XL package, seem to be maxing out at 10MB down/730 up
Using a Motorola Surfboard via a netgear modem (wired connection) to a nForce 100Mbit network connection on Vista.

Any suggestions?

Your upstream looks ok, downstream SNR is fine, downstream power could be abit lower though. As close to 0 is best.
