I upped my speed last Thursday, but cs told me it would not be implemented until Monday due to essential maintenance. This is for Belfast, dunno whether its the same for your area.
Aye thats supposed to have been carried out. I wasnt able to upgrade mny speed till today as the account sstuiff was being sorted. If its not through by monday CS will be gettign a call and I will be requesting the increae in speed does not start getting charged till I have the 4mbit config on my modem.
They did tell me i wouldnt be charged until it was implemented,so just have to wait and see.
yeah will give them to monday to get it sorted.
They have been upgrading their billing systems (http://www.cableforum.co.uk/article/362/virgin-to-upgrade-billing-systems) all this week, which will have a knock on effect over the next few days with all those customers who want to upgrade and downgrade their products....I'd certainly keep checking over this weekend as those systems are brought back online. :)
yup well 10 pm still no sign
edit: Just rebooted modem and its sorted now:P

Nice to hear..:)
put your comp and modem and router if you have one off for 3 mins. power up your router, let it settle, then the modem, let it settle then the comp, see if that works
also, clear your temp internet/cache files
