My connection seems worse than usual this morning, so I did a tracert on www.google.com and got this (same thing with all other addresses I tried):

I think its Virgins network and its very close to you.

Are you using a router and if you are have you tried it without the router

Ah! It's my router - when I connect direct to the cable modem, I get a proper tracert. Thanks for that.... :o:
