Using Dial-up .... Is cable working Watford area ?

Hi,

My cable doesnt seem to respond ...
Before i get all upset, is this some scheduled downtime ?
Is cable service alright in the Watford area ?
I dont remember the name of the page to check the service,
or i would have looked.

Creeping in here using a dial-up service, to find out what i can !

Well i think i found the service status page ....
but i don't understand it.
And it hasnt got Watford anywhere on it.

My cable modem has its power light on, thats normal.
It has its enet light on, i think thats normal.
The synch light is flashing, i dont think thats normal,
and i dont know what it means.

I live in Rickmansworth and it was fine last night at around 10pm if that's any help. I had similar problems for a while on saturday night but they cleared by sunday morning

Working OK here in Watford. WD19
Also had some problems over the weekend, but now seems fine.
Check the normal things. Reboot, make sure connections are tight, correct power supply.
If you have cable TV is that working OK?

It was a loose connection, i checked around and found it.

Over at WD17 mines been rubbish for the last few days, But it only seems to be parts of the internet. It was really poor the other night and ran a load of tracerts and it looked like a problem at NTLs perimeter, possibly at redbus.

Most annoying.

I had issues as well Saturday night (22) but cleared by Sunday, the faults page showed Ricky as having issues, that started at 14:45 but mine never started to have problems until around 19:00
