Upstream is way too high. Sounds like an engineer job to sort it out. Downstream should be as near to 0 as possible but 5 is quite acceptable.

i fixed it i think thanks enyway are there eny better if they are all i did was change upstream channal

Little better. If it works without disconnections or slowdowns when downloading at high speed then I'd say you're fine.

hmm what shoudl they be then it says enything under 55bd is fine

Mine is at 42 but the higher you go to the upper boundary the more likely you are to have an unstable connection or risk disconnections due to weather changes etc.
