If its cable, 200Kbps, if its ADSL, 256Kbps (unless you're being traffic shaped then its 100Kbps or 128Kbps, not sure which (might be 100Kbps on cable and 128Kbps on ADSL))

I'm sure its 192KB/s on cable?, thats what ive heard.

It depends on what network you're on, be it ex NTL, ex TW or ADSL. There was a thread about it some time ago with several arguments to which my post was eventually agreed on.
