Can someone give me the upload speeds for the 4mb and 20mb service?
last i remember was that the 10mb had an upload speed of 512k.

Those are the upload maximums AFTER STM. I think the OP wanted the upload limits BEFORE STM which are 384K and 768K respectively, I think.
