Plymouth Outage Since Friday Night.

Hi guys,

Not sure if anyone lives in plymouth on here, but since friday night my street and i guess the rest of the PL4 area has been without broadband. The *Cable* light is just flashing on and off. im writing this at work as its my only means of checking out whats wrong. i will be phoning later, just wanted to try and save some money.

I`m in PL4 and its been bad all weekend phoned them (yawnnnnnn) and after 3 hours got told its ongoing network problem.

Rang them up yesterday evening after work, Told me they would send an engineer around on Thursday between 8-12. I left my mobile number and a few hours later i recieved a text saying they would send an engineer around between 12-4 today. Atleast somethings speeded up

It was a fault at the green box across the road, apparently my connection died and he sorted it, all up and running now though :D
