Hi there, I have a problem with accessing iTunes Store via my Virgin Broadband connection since upgrading TV to V+ and hence switching from standard set top box connection via wireless router to the cable modem via wireless router. I can access websites / email all with no issues. iTunes displays an error message that network connection cannot be made. Looking at various websites I have been pointed to the direction of proxy settings. Virgin Media help line, just says re-boot modem. Of course this doesn't help.
Tried a few of these proxy fixings to no avail, as these just prevent all internet access.
Any one else experienced similar problems? Suggestions gratefully received.
