Have just upgraded from 4 Mb to the 20 Mb service and get this result:

I have an old Motorola SB4100 modem but can't find the link on the virgin website were you could order a swap.

Does anyone know the link to this?

Thanks

PS Just found some links to the cable modem swap but I get directed to the 20 Mb detail page!,

Mine coped with 10mb so you should get more than that? Maybe shaping has kicked in early in Swindon!

The SB4100 can take 20mb, I had one, worked fine.
However, the website states it can't, the link to
upgrade the modem has been removed, if you call
150 they can order it for you or 0906 212 1111
they can also order and will credit the cost of the
call back to account.

It appears that some SB4100s can take it and some can't. Mine worked fine at 10mbit but maxed out well below 20mbit once I was upgraded to this service. Possibly I had one with an older firmware than moaningmags.
