Anyone else having problems in this area?
I have had no broadband since this morning. I have one of the original Terayon modems and the cable light is flashing continuously.
I've tried the obvious cycling the power.
Couldn't see anything on the Virgin status page when I last looked.
The 0800 service status line mentions a problem in Newbury RG14.
I tried 'phoning 151 but after selecting 1 for broadband the voice gets part way through telling you the 09 number and then cuts you off.
