My brother in law has rung me up to ask if there is anything on the faults page regarding a problem in HP5. There isn't, but there are many others listed.
Anyway, they've apparently lost both their TV and broadband (both through a Samsung set-top box).
He rang technical support and they told him they can't send anyone out to him until next Friday. Needless to say, he's considering cancelling in the morning.
Anyone have any information I can pass along to him. Even if it's just a "yes, we know there's a problem and we're working on it"?
