This looks like a great deal and I was on the phone straight away, at the same time checking my current services. When I took the discount that I already get into account and, assuming that would no longer apply, I would save £2 per month.

Having made one change this month already (paying the £100 upfront for the V+ box and returning the V box) I've decided not to follow it up because I don't want my bill completely screwed up for the sake of £24 per year :D

It seems that the offer runs out today (31 August 2007) though, so for anyone who might be interested it would be worth a call today.

Thanks for spotting the offer, even though I haven't taken it up! :)

That's a different offer that you have linked to. Your offer is until 30/09/2007 and is for 12 months.

The OP is pointing out an offer that runs out today and is not limited to 12 months.
