how long for upgrade?

hiya i got virgin 2 meg installed on tuesday but my other half beeing daft as he is got the wrong speed i wanted 20 meg, anyways i went online wednesday and upgraded to 20meg got an email bk saying thery were on the case and sumone would b in touch within 48 hours well that 48 hours is is almost up, i have turned off modem and then bk on to see if upgrade has happened yet but its still on 2 megs, anybody else upgraded online and can tell me how long it takes im in the ts17 area and im sure i can get 20 megs round here thanx for any info jojoxx

I don't know how well the VM service works but certainly when NTL, upgrade on-line was instant.

well its been 2 days since i asked for upgrade to 20 megs ans still im on 2 megs do u think il av to fone virgin to see wats happening 2 megs realy aint fast enough for wat i need wen it was ntl it used to get upgraded almost right away jojoxx

ha, i've just tried this and apparently i can't do it because i have my bb through the STB, wanted to upgrade to 4meg, never mind hopefully when i move i will get a modem as mentioned in another thread :rolleyes:
