hey people i have the internet through my set top box and then have a router with a wireless adapter.
problem is the connection keeps being lost and i then have to restart the router to get the connection again '

any idea if this is a problem with the set top box or the router ?

Does it work ok without the router?

Agree with foreverwar!

However I have a Netgear WT624 Wireless Router that lost connection every 2-3 days and had to be re-booted. It was a known issue with this router and can be resolved by a software upgrade downloadable from Netgear. Maybe you have a similar problem?

PC operating system-win xp

havent tryed to connect the router to the pc directly as i am in another room and dont have wire that long
