I've found DU meter to be pretty useless as it doesn't let you find out your usage between 4PM and Midnight. NetLimiter is much better in this regard.

Something is definately wrong, around midnight by general internet usability dropped to dialup like speeds, with frequent web page timeouts.

I presumed Virgin were doing some maintenance work, though nothing is listed on their status page ...though I guess that proves nothing.

...and no, i've not gone over my 3GB limit.
