Hello all, also got phone trouble.
NTL where supposed to install broadband, TV and Telephone over a week ago.
Engineer came and said he could not install because a previous engineer had redirected my wires to another property and that an installation team would come and sort it. They came last week, installed broadband and Tv, no telephone as something about the wrong wire or something.
Said they would call Friday last week, never turned up.
Called them, said it would be installed within 5 days.
Now they have stripped my TV package down to the basic package and i cannot contact them to complain.

2007, technology, human error, and then theres NTL.

Least i have my Broadband for the time being.

My mobile and my wifes have taken a battering, spent approx £25 between us over 10 days, spent £ speaking on my mobile to NTL broadband tech who said i would get reinbursed, here's hoping.

Going to call them before work tomorrow from my daughters and see what they are going to compensate me with.
