16mpbs seems to be the limit for me... Is this the peak for a motorola sb4100 cos I've never been able to hit 20mbps. :erm:

What cable modem should I have for 20mbps ?

I got mine upgraded when I just e-mailed tech support uk, with my full modem details and speeds. I was having very slow speeds at the time. I waited a few weeks but did get an e-mail stating my old SB was not upto the job for 20meg and a replacment Scientific Atlanta was on it's way. Got it the next day by parcel force :) works a dream.
