Hello. I ordered the XL broadband package and then decided I wanted to get the phone line too.

I called up and asked and they said it will only be £2 extra because I have broadband.

Does anyone know what package I will be on?

It'll be the 2 for £20 bundle but with an upgrade to XL Broadband which is an extra £19 i.e.

XL Broadband - £37
Line Rental - £11
Bundle Discount - £9

Total Cost - £39

But the broadband is £29 per month, so in total im paying £32 a month now,

still confused how it works out for £2 an extra though

Seems like the first person you spoke to did not realise you allready had discount on your BBI service..
