Bought a pushchair from this ebay seller
http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/lisaof

I sent a postal order as I dont use paypal. I sent this on the 23rd of June 2007. I have not heard nothing back from the seller. I have requested her contact info from eBay and her mobile is constantly off.

I have emailed her a number of times but never any reply.

Strange thing is she has not left any feedback for anyone since the 21st. But she left me feedback before I even sent the cash.

She has no listings either but people are still leaving her feedback.

Opinions?

Did you send the postal order recorded delivery and keep the stubs from them?

How many emails have you sent her? Did you send them through eBay?

You might want to open a dispute, this will mean eBay gives her a warning and she should get her backside into gear http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?InrCreateDispute (http://ads.auctionads.com/pagead/link_98f741b145ca499f3e6a_c3565e061a9245d0293e60ea 53925280_http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?InrCreateDispute)

Having said that, the seller seems reliable and i wouldn't worry too much, as annoying as it is, i'm sure your money isn't lost (fingers crossed)

I've never used ebay, but if you bought the £19.99 pushchair a scam seems somewhat unlikely, simply because the item is not very expensive.

Harvington has a Worcester post code, which is flooded looking at the cricket ground.

Anyway why the concern, you sent to PO 5 working days ago, for the other person to have received it and sent the goods to you and to have receeived those within 5 working days would be good going, if not a miracle. IF you wanted it quicker you should use paypal.

I sent PO to an ebay seller on the 4th June, they didnt receive it. I sent a cheque on the 13th June, which was cashed and item sent ASAP. Got an email off of this seller today saying that the PO arrived today, 1 month after it was sent.
Benefit of the doubt may apply if the seller has a very high rating.

Dont be quick to judge.

Their feedback they have received can be viewed here

http://toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?User=lisaof+&Dirn=Received+by&ref=home

I would pull their contact details and see if there is a contact phone number to ring

http://search.ebay.co.uk/ws/search/AdvSearch?sofocus=bs&sacat=-1&catref=C5&_trksid=m37&from=R7&nojspr=y&fsop=1&fsoo=1&fcl=3&frpp=50&sofindtype=9&pfid=

Failing that report them to ebay for item not received and if it comes to that then I would say you have lost your money unless you take to a small claims court of which you can do on line.
