I'm a Senior Systems Support Consultant. Have you tried rebooting it? I fix hardware problems with PCs, printers, scanners, and servers. Also some weird bits of hardware that no one will have heard of. Lot of software stuff too - mainly OS and certain parts of the applications we sell. The customers are largely muppets - little or no IT knowledge, but some have done ITIL and think they're MS Certified.

but some have done ITIL and think they're MS Certified.

I'm an account manager selling ITIL training and consultancy to private and public organisations.

I also do the e-marketing, SEO, PPC and web design/development I also produce and accredit new courses and hoping to be seconded over to course development to do some customer service (service delivery) courses along the line of ITIL.

If that does not happen I'll probably set up by myself.

In my spare time I 'knock up' web sites for SME's.

'knock up' is is from the same technical dictionary as 'stuff'
