Please does anyone know how you check what minutes you got left before you start paying for calls??Got an o2 contract through the cpw and it doesnt update that quick :rolleyes:so cant see what allowance i have left.Thanks

I know on my o2 pay monthly with them online I can keep check of all my minutes and texts through the account as for o2 through carphone warehouse I have no idea but have a look through the o2 site just in case you can

I can do it from the O2 home page http://www.o2.co.uk/ but you need a user name and password.

uggles, you cant do it via the CPW website, only if you are a direct o2 cust then its alright.

Because that number also tells you balances for minutes left etc... Though it might be the same on a contract Zingle :)

Thanks for your help.I have found the answer to my problem but for anyone got an o2 contract through cpw the answer is call 0870 111 7200 would appear to be a free call till next april option 1 option 1 and this sends a text to your phone of what you have used :cool:

It might be wise to use the call timer on yr phone. Online customers don't usually get usage data to the minute. Most of the time it goes back to 48hrs prior to that day.
