ASDA Loans / BACS

I was supposted to be collectiong my new car today but ASDA Finance have put the money to me via BACS and it will take 7 - 10 days !!WTF!!

Can anybody here explain why in the 21st centry this is he case.

Also has anybody here applied online for a loan from ASDA and the funds where put in via BACS? If so how long did it roughly take?

BACS SLA is normally 3 working days - strange that you have been quoted 7-10.....

Never had a loan from ASDA, so can't help with the second part.

or it was when i worked for Lloyds TSB!!!

why would they say 7 - 10 days
