I've got a vague memory of a letter from Virgin saying that my 4mb service would be upgraded to 8mb on May 1st. This hasn't happened so did I dream this?:dozey:

got one for my 10 mb it said from 1 may = any time after ,have no idea if 4mb is included

There is no upgrade of 4 to 8 that i now of. :(

I think maybe you did dream it - and in light of that, I may be wondering on the choice of subject matter in your sub-conscious ;)

Some CS or retentions staff were saying that the two other tiers were also going to be upgraded tho' I don't think they gave specific dates. A friend of mine friend was also told that. Virgin themselves haven't made any official announcement on it afaik and staff on the newsgroup have said there are no plans to upgrade 2 and 4 meg any time soon.
