Downloading from the VM newsgroup

How do I go about it? I've got this far, but when I double click on something to download I don't know how to start the download.

Just Right click and Add To Download List. It will then start downloading automatically .

First of all you can turn off Justin Timberlake as thats serously degrading your system and the self esteem of Newsbin Pro.

1 : The newsgroup you are in is text based : Ctrl-R will enable you to read the message.

2 : Select a binary newsgroup of your choice as alt.binaries..........

in binary groups just tick the boxes on the left and it will download or holding left mouse button highlight a group of files you require right click and add to download list
