Upgraded, now I can't upload to ftp

Since being upgraded from 4 to 10Mb, and having a modem installed (previously a set top box), I can't upload anything to my webspace.

I get a 'disc quota exceeded' message, which is rubbish since I'm not even using 20% of my webspace.

I can still delete files and create folders on my webspace, but thats about it.


Can anybody help?

call up and make sure that the provisioning is set correctly on your account
