Hello. Help!

Recently I have been experiencing very bad speeds on my 10mb connection. During the day, it runs at about 5mb, but then in the evening it drops to 2.0-0.5mb speeds!

It has been working perfectly for 3 months, steady 10mb speeds, even in thew evening, since I had it installed.
I have changed nothing on my computer ,and have run several virus and spyware scans. I have also tried rebooting the modem.

Here are some speedtest results:

1st 128K took 4813 ms = 27233 Bytes/sec = approx 227 kbits/sec
2nd 128K took 500 ms = 262144 Bytes/sec = approx 2181 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 671 ms = 195338 Bytes/sec = approx 1625 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 1032 ms = 127008 Bytes/sec = approx 1057 kbits/sec

5 days ago, my Broadband and TV both went down. It seems that since then, my internet speeds have been abysmal.

Does anyone know what this could be? I am getting a bit annoyed now, that after 3 months of perfect speed, it should go so bad.

Oh, and a quick note to those who think it is throttling: It isn't. VM don't throttle during the day, and especially not to these kinds of speeds.
