Anyone else have connection issues, especially late at night?

I've noticed my connection is not working properly. It takes a long time to get a Web page - Firefox freezes up during the process (when I click on the browser, the words "Not Responding" appears in the title bar). However, the page usually appears fairly quickly when it is connected.

I have been browsing late at night recently, and I understand there is a speed upgrade currently taking place, which could be factors contributing to the problem.

However, I'd like to fix this problem. So anyone else got this problem?

That would indicate a problem with your PC or your browser rather than with your internet connection.
