When I had windows XP my speed would never get above about 6mbps instead of 10 until i used DrTCP to tweak my MTU/RWIN settings. I recently installed vista and once again my speed won't go above 6mbps but i've read that due to the way vista handles MTU/RWIN, utilities such as DrTCP are obsolete and will no longer work.....
Has anyone had similar problems at all ?
