Shampoo and warm water, seriously just use shampoo that you would use on your hair.

You need to wet it and lift the stain out .
I-E no scrubing it you will make it worse that way

cool - cheers - so far we've got it out with a damp cloth and lots of patting...

If Vanish Power Foam can handle the mess I made when I had gastric [sp?] flu the other week, I don't think it would have much trouble with diet coke. :)

Plus it's only about £4 for a huge can of it.

Sorry, I can't help wanting to share - the first time you manage 5.5-6 feet isn't something you forget in a hurry [especially if you've never experienced projectile vomit before]. :disturbd:
