Loss of service in Ipswich

Hi,

Has anyone loss service in the Ipswich area? My router is reporting my ip to be 192.168.100.10.

My cable modem is:

Downstream Receive Power level 14.1 dBmV
Downstream SNR 34.6dB

Upstream transmit Power Level 24.0 dBmV

Operation Configuration says Network Access: Denied

I can anybody assist? I can provide more info if required...
