Never Turned Up

I was getting the VIP Package TV installed today and I was booked in for an afternoon slot and it seems they have never turned up I have been in the house from 1.00pm today. And I highly doubt they work past six.

Any Ideas?

Have you rang Virgin Media yet, to let them know the installer never showed?

Well They turned up at 6.50 But they didn't have the secound box and then the V+ Box didn't boot into the Engginers Screen just went stright to the channels but u chudn't change them with out the Engeeiners Screen.

So they said they will be back 2mmore morning are so he said anyway. What are the chances?

He might come, he's already visited your house and knows what is what and what he needs to do.

Turning up @ 6.50 is abit late

Well they never came back today so I phoned up and they said the don't have enough boxes for everyone. But they have assured me that they will be out on the Sat the 23rd to hook everything up. And to say sorry they have give me 30 quid off on my next bill. I still aint happy I should have had my service yesturday but I guess £30 is better than nothing.
