Location - Speed

Is there a list anywhere on this forum with a list of locations for example "cable.ubr03.stav.blueyonder.co.uk" and the % of maximum speed reached?

I was thinking that we need to start to build up a record of this if there isn't already, it could help identify speed issues people seem to be having.

Seems like a good idea but I think it's been tried before.
The thread either gets hijacked or gets so intolerably long as to not be very useful.
Mind you if someone could be bothered to collate the results and put them in a database on a site somewhere........................
