Is it this bad anywhere else in the world? America - do that put up with it?

What am I talking about?

Well - I'll tell you what I'm talking about ...why the hell do we in the UK have to put up with third rate internet access? We pay our hard earned money to these idiots that call themselves ISP's and they provide us with a shoddy service.

If internet access was an item you could take back to a shop, I'm sure you would have taken it back ages ago!

OK - it's ok when it works, but when it goes wrong - the ISP's doesn't want to know and fob you off with excuse after excuse after excuse after excuse...you get the picture.

If you watched the DL.TV webcast (http://dl.tv/index.php) you would hear the presenters complain about the same things we do, poor speeds, poor service & high prices.

Ironically, it's the countries which are new to technology which have the better services because their infrastructure is modern.
