Data protection
1. The provider uses the data informed by the customers (appellation, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, bank details) according to the regulations of the German data protection law.
2. The personal data of the customer are used exclusively for the completion of the contracts between the parties, for instance for accounting purposes.
3. All of the personal data of the customer transmitted to the provider will not be made accessible to third parties without the written consent of the customer, unless this must take place due to legal or official orders.
4. The customer data will be deleted immediately after termination, at the latest at the end of the actual calendar year, in which the termination was expressed.
5. If further information or the cancellation of the data of the customer is requested, our support is available under the E-Mail address service@125sms.com.
ive been looking at 125sms.com and if you notice its says under german laws!! But i thought this sort of thing was banned in germany. they really dont know what they're on about
