Terayon Terajet TJ210 - No use any more ?

Hi,

I have the original Terayon Terajet TJ210, and have read several reports that they are now no longer of much use, due to Eurodocsis and some new software updates (250?) just rolled out.
I have just recently started to experience network problems which I rarely ever did.
What would be the best approach to have this modem replaced by an NTL 250?
Any advice/assistance/comments please.

Phone faults say your Terayon modem has stopped working because of the recent updates, and you need an engineer to replace it.
