As topic?, used to be there on NTL, been lookign and all it does now is take you to loads of different packages and the likes for TV and BB. All i want to do is upgrade my BB from 4meg to 10meg and you used to be able to do this online.

So what now?

Is this where you've tried? (Can't try any further myself, as it only works for SACMs)

https://autoreg.autoregister.net/cgi/cabletier

apologies for the digging, but it`s the closest related thread to my query just now ;)

anyone else having problems with the autoreg services? mainly 'cabletier'?

it`s currently spiting out;
Your browser has issued a request that the registration server does not understand.
Please contact Virgin Media customer support if the problem persists.
does the same with FF2.0.0.4 and IE6.
