Has 4mb's upload been upped to 512 yet?

im getting 4mb in like a months time

its only 512 on the 10meg package, upload on 4meg is 384-400

If you're in a Telewest area the upload should only be 384K if you're in an ntl area, the upload should be 400K on the 4Mbps package.
