Weird Speeds?

Hey guys, my connection has been acting funky all day, giving me speeds ranging from 8mbit up to 20mbit (the 20mbit burst lasts for about 15minutes)

it's back down to 12mbit right now, but my config still says 10mbit, im confuzzled

I would not put a lot of importance on these speed tests as sometimes my speed tests are really good but in real terms the internet runs really slow, pages wont load or take 15 to 20 seconds to appear.

I don't know why but there it is. !

And yes, it stays like that, never drops below 1.3mb/s

That's a bad screenshot to use, it looks as though it has been taken 1 second after the download has started, and the browser hasn't accurately calculated the download speed yet.
