Hi ya,

Before Virgin Media took over my email worked fine in outlook... now I can't send and receive so I need to log on thru the website... Does anyone know if the servers have changed?

No Problem here

Now that NTL:Telewest is called VirginMedia, the email system shouldn't be affected.

You can still keep the old NTL:Telewest email addresses or convert to the new VM email addresses
