Hi
I have an o2 contract, and have done for around 5 years, I've recently started to receive texts from Vodafone call catcher, I've spoke to o2 about this, they don't have a clue, Vodafone won't speak to me/be unhelpful because I'm not a customer and not wanting to be, has anyone else had a similar problem, do you get charged for it, any way of turning it off (Using the short code in the text doesn't work)?

cheers In advance

A confused Ian

No charge for call catcher...

See here (http://online.vodafone.co.uk/dispatch/Portal/appmanager/vodafone/wrp?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=template11&pageID=OS_0029&tabIndex=0)

Sure it's not the O2 call catcher? (They have a similar thing)

yes, the text says from Vodafone call catcher

Just checked the site, thanks, but still doesn't explain why I'm getting the text when I'm on o2??

Don't suupose you know what the O2 one is called do you...looks like a good idea. Can you use it with voicemail too?

Thanks Chris. Apparently it can't be used with voice mail. Nice idea though.

That's bizarre... because the t-mobile equivalent works perfectly well with voicemail...

oh well good job i left o2 for t-mobile :)
