when i was in the army we got similar diagrams (changing all the time )

something to do with tendon damage on the front of the foot
it was a pain in the butt :)

Great site - I found that I was tying mine "slip", and reversing the initial part made a big difference

I think I spotted your problem. Shoes are worn on feet, not the butt. Unless of course you were getting a kick up the backside :erm: :D

You know, my dad was having a go at me last week for spending £25 a month on my internet connection. :erm:

Straight European, I think. Ought to be Bent European really :p:

Interestingly enough, I had problems with laces when I was kid - couldn't tie them. My brain just can't get my hands to do stuff right when it's consciously instructing. It was the same story with a steering wheel - arms in knots.
