This temporarily disables the autorun function on Windows, stopping a anti-piracy program from installing itself on the computer.

I just love it how Companies think they can install anything on anyones machines these days - however minor it is.

I wonder how long it will be before someone sues them for installing software without being notified about it.

I just hope that the cd cover advises that it will install its own software, otherwise that in itself is wrong isnt it?

PC shield. The software they use to protect laptops. Press control alt and f4 to get striaght into windows.
