Looking at my previous thread "warning to all Telewest customers" and the number of views it has had I was wondering if there was anyone amongst that figure of over 200, who has had a similar experience. If they have I was wondering if it would be possible for them to e-mail me with brief details of such. If there are sufficient numbers then it could be beneficial to all if this information was made public. At present I am far from happy with the system Telewest have, and I would like to point out the faults with it and try to get someone to correct it. The inhouse complaints procedure is one that needs looking at and also the procedure that follows when that fails to solve the problem. I refer to the Arbitration System CISAS. From my experience they have none or little working knowledge of the system Telwest use, I would have thought that this should be a prime requisite of anyone that is involved in any sort of arbitration scheme. It would appear to me that this is not so, and I am hoping to change that so that others can benefit from my misfortune of expecting them to solve the solution to my problem. I would like to hear from anyone else who has used this scheme ,either succesfully or not, I can be contacted by e-mail in confidence or through the Forum.
