Does anyone here posess a set of these? If so are they accurate/any good?

yea, my parents brought some and there alright, fairly accurate i would say - well the weight is, and the body fat seems to be so so, although if you do it a few times you will see very slight differences between the body fat output.

i might be :confused: here but why dont you just use this http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm

seems ok to me , i get weighed every month at work and can work out my bmi from it , seems to me to work out the same :)
