Hang on, you have your location down as england ... are you sure that shouldn't be Glasgow?

Personally, I think you can't beat a good single malt. Isle of Arran is one of the newest but could become one of the best.

Absolutely. Mixers and [/whispers]alcopops are the work of Satan.

Any and all ( problem, me ?? ) with the exception of martini, but given a choice it would have to be a nice whiskey on ice, no mixer

Funny, the last time I got drunk was when I was 16 (I am now 30). This may be something to do me becoming a goody-goody religious nut soon afterwards. :D ;) I'm oh-so responsible with alcohol these days, although I never experimented with being teetotal.

Having said that, there's nothing like married life for increasing your alcohol consumption. The wine shelf in Tescos is just too tempting these days. I even know the difference between a Rioja and a Shiraz...

True, although both are commonly used in the same way on wine labels as the selling point or 'brand', if you like...:)

If I am drinking a whiskey, it has to be old enough to buy it's own drinks, and be a single malt....

I much perfer beer, but otherwise plain drinks are good, whether it be vodka, whisky, rum, etc.

BUT, I love a Prairie Fire:

1/4 RED Tabasco
3/4 vodka

in a shotglass...

Hmmmmmmm....... :D
