Upgrade letter

A couple of months ago, I upgraded my BB connection from 750K to 2MB online and have been running happily since :)

Last week I received a letter from NTL telling me they were going to upgrade me, free of charge, from my 1.5MB connection to a 3MB connection. Has any one else had a letter like this, having upgraded them selves online earlier, with incorrect information in it? :confused:

got a letter informing us that 750k connection #1 would be upgraded soon... this was over a month after both had been upgraded!

if your billing is correct, and your connecton is what it should be, then ignore the letter.

See also "Strange letter from ntl" over on "Billing & Installation". Instinct tells me bmxbandit is probably rght, but the letter is so specific - adrressed to 1.5MB users only - that I remain curious. We eagerly await Nemesis' kind intervention...
