Hi guys great to find another forum where i can vent my frustration at NTL.
I have been a NTL customer for quite a while but left in 2003. I decided that this year NTL where slowly improving and thier broadband speed was a good deal for what i required. Anyway i had NTL installed at my old property unfortunatly the landlord decided to right royally screw me. So i had to move fair enough. I phoned NTL and arranged a date for the M&T to performed. Fair enough rembering as both a customer and an Ex-NTL employee i phoned wednesday to confirm only to find that they had made an error and booked it for thursday. I managed to get the CS to reschedule for friday fun. Friday morning arrives i take my box and Sacm from the original install to the new address and find the engineer waiting for me EARLY (Yes i know even i was taken a back). Take teh engineer into to the property and tell him where i want boxes. He replies im only doing telephone!!! So i have to edge him into doing a full install, lucky he was allright. He installs old equipment leaves. I phone M&T from work today get some inexperianced CS who just escalates the call. Spend 15 mins hold get a supervisor who then has to pass me to a Sabs specialist. Then he sends to broadband support for Sacm and back the M&T supervisor for DTV. Turns out at the min they havnt provisioned properly. Thats what i have so far.

Hmm from a simple M&T to a whole complex problem.
(Got to love ICMS ;) )
Ntl have so many problems cause they make things so complex.

Ill update as things go on... Unless there is a another way

You know its bad when your navigating ICMS (Ntls software) for the CS over the phone.
