Will NTL Turn up? Hmm

I got an appointment scheduled with NTL to install a cable modem so I don't have to go through an old STB
It's today, but there was no time set
The last time an engineer was supposed to turn up (some 2 years ago) and he never did
I wonder if the same will happen again today

I would of made a request to ask ntl to ask the engineer who is visiting to ring before he turns up.

Maybe the engineer from 2 years ago will turn up. Can you remember what the fault was? ;)

Yep! although the pin number we had didn't work on the modem
We called up NTL, got a new one, waited about 10 minutes on the phone, tried it, no go
Called again, got a third number and it worked ok!
He actuallly turned up not 10 minutes after i'd posted this, hehe
