Hi all

I have a slight problem, a company called pipemedia took £81 out of my account on the 23 March they took this in error, they realised this and said they would refund it on the friday, Finally on the 1 April they refunded £31 I found this out today, this causede a cheque to bounce on my account that has now cost me £30 in charges, plus whatever the casher gets charged. Resading the DD guarentee. I can go to the branch of my bank, and they will refund me in full. has anyone experienced this system working before?

Yes - all you need is a copy of the statement showing what they should have taken, and the bank can see what they did take. They will then sort the charging mess out.
